when i was a little boy

i lived in a fairyland

everything was full of magic

everything was new to me

i found all the love i needed

lying in my mothers arms

she protected me from the evil

no one ever hurt me there

now

i find myself in a world of sorrow

tell me

where's my childhood gone

no one shows me the love i need

and no one will protect me here

i am on the endless journey

i try not to lose my mind

i try to find confidence in myself
