my friends and me

we headed out to a holiday party

something strange it caught our eye

a streak of red fell from the sky

had us stopped dead in our tracks

an old truck camaro-red and jacked up

and sitting inside

was a man i swear i recognize

i've had a night like you wouldn't believe

about time for me to blow off some steam

get out of this red suit and throw on some jeans
