lake of sin

i heard the kiss

could not ignore

the gentle lap upon the shore

behind the green fern

undressing though i could not swim

my body pierced

i threw me in

just like the clean worm into the lake of sin

a secret knock there on my door

the sun is hot poured on my floor

i push it back out

and now it's cool inside the box

and as i pray

another knocks

i am so devout

to the lake of sin
