can't find the truth in any friend
and all he ever does is want drugs
this world is drunk and the people are mad

the books that he read there
told him he had gone too far
he's always feeling left out
and he always left his friends out
that most of his friends are just bums
he's tryna live better now
he says he needs that family life
he can tell he wasted much time
he never feels he's in control
he finds it hard to walk away
so all he ever does is stay drunk
