i saw a rainbow

beautiful rainbow

then it faded away

i saw our dreams go

below zero

till the wind just blew them away

electric storms light up our lives

then the calm arrives

and the colours shine down softly from the sky

i felt the ocean

the waves rolled in so gently

blue sea was calling as i was falling

into a void of ecstasy

i tried to swim against my tide

but when i looked up i saw the rainbow die
