fragile feelings

feel em creeping in

so inconvenient

leaning into close

been holding em holding em back

trying to keep em in check

but these fragile feelings

gotta mind of their own

i'm on a caffeine kick

it's dangerous

to give a girl your jacket you know

when her fragile feelings

i think it's probably safer

for us in the daylight
